How do I purchase my selected items on Chiccane.com?

You can browse through Chiccane.com according to your preferences by designer, type of clothing, accessories, new items, or gift ideas.  Once you select an item, clic on "Order this product", and a scroll-down choice of color and size (if applicable) for the item of your choice will appear.  Add to your shopping cart, and voilà! You will then be redirected to PayPal, a worldwide leader in secure online transactions.  You will be required to enter some information (such as delivery address), and be presented with a choice of payment.

Which payment methods are accepted ?

You have the choice to pay with a credit card such as Visa and Master Card, or via your PayPal account if you have one.  Please note that it is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make online purchases on Chiccane.com.

How do I know whether an item I want is available ?

Chiccane.com commits to deliver your order within 30 days following receipt of payment.  In the event that an item may not ship within 5 business days following the placement of an order, an e-mail is sent to the customer, with an estimated time of delivery.  You will always have the opportunity to cancel your order if the estimated time of delivery is not suitable to you.  An e-mail will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped, along with the information related to the method of expedition and expected transit time.

What if I'm not sure about sizing?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it )/1-866-974-3003/450-434-3003 between 9 AM and 5 PM (Eastern Canada Time) between Monday and Friday (excluding Canadian holidays), who will gladly help you select the right size.

Is the information I submit secure ?

All purchases made on the Chiccane.com website are processed through PayPal, a world leader in secure online transactions.  Chiccane.com's employees will not have access to your banking or credit card information at any time.

How do I know whether the items I purchase are authentic ?

Chiccane.com solely represents well-known Canadian designers, who are respected for the quality of their creations.

I just changed my mind about a color... how do I modify my order?

To modify an order that has not yet been shipped within a maximum of 72 hours following the placement of the order, please contact a customer service representative ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) with the following information: Invoice number, item number, description, quantity, and price.  Chiccane.com Inc. commits to modify the order withing 72 hours of the customer's request, subject to the availability of the new item.  In the event that an order has already been shipped, please refer to Section 7 of Terms and Conditions for order cancellation, return or exchange.

What are the expected transit times:

In Canada? Within 5 business days.

In the Continental USA? Within 7 business days*.

Other international destinations? Within 10 business days*.

* Please note that additional delays may occur depending on customs clearance.

What should I do if the estimated time of delivery has expired, and I still have not received my order ?

An e-mail is sent to the customer once the order has been shipped, along with the information related to the method of expedition and expected transit time.  Should an abnormal delay occur, please contact a customer service representative ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) who will assist you within 48 hours of receiving your request.

The item I ordered arrived damaged, what should I do ?

If the expedition envelope or box arrives damaged at destination, please advise the delivery company right away.  Chiccane.com commits to exchange any item damaged during delivery at no extra cost to the customer.

How do I return an item ?

We offer our customers the possibility to cancel, exchange or return any item purchased on Chiccane.com within 30 days following receipt of the order, by written notice.  To do so, please contact a customer service representative ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) with the following information: Invoice number, item number, description, quantity, price, and reason for return or exchange. You will then receive a Return Authorization Number, which will have to be included with the returned item. The costs associated with shipping items back to Chiccane.com Inc. headquarters in Blainville, Quebec, Canada are at the customer's expense.  All returned items must be sent back in the same condition as they were received (including tags) in order to qualify for an exchange or reimbursement, and will be accepted only if they are identified with the proper Return Authorization Number.  Only the purchase price of the item, along with applicable taxes (in Canada only) will be reimbursed.  Please note that the shipping costs are only reimbursed in the event of a cancellation (if an order has not yet been shipped), but will not be billed a second time in the event that an item is exchanged for a different one.  Chiccane.com Inc. commits to exchange or reimburse items within 15 days of receiving the items at its headquarters.  Should an item be out of stock in the event of an exchange request, Chiccane.com Inc. will reimburse the cost of the item.
