Fixed shipping rate policy.

In order to facilitate your shopping experience on Chiccane.com, a fixed shipping and handling fee will be added to your final invoice, depending on the delivery address specified by the customer:

Canada: $9,00 CAD per order (plus applicable taxes).

Continental USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Porto Rico): $15,00 CAD per order.

Other international destinations: $59,00 CAD per order.

In the event that an item is on backorder, no additional shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice should an item be shipped to you separately at a later time.  In the event of a merchandise exchange, the new item will be shipped to the customer at no additional delivery cost.  Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information about returns and exchanges.
