October is one of my favourite months in Montreal, with the wind blowing red leaves everywhere, and glamorous events to attend every corner of town. This Saturday, Miss Chiccane was convened to a chic fundraiser in the gorgeous Glass Court of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
What better to wear near Halloween than the sublime, lace backed, fringe detailed Blackwater dress by hot Montreal designer Eve Gravel?
A plus at the event? The auction of rare wines, including a bottle of Miss Chiccane's favourite, the David Family pinot noir by producer (and friend) Michelle Turnbull-Reeves.

To kick off Montreal Fashion Week, designer Eve Gravel offered a cocktail party to celebrate her 10th anniversary in business. The event was held in the beautiful Loft le 4ème, in Montreal's old port.
Miss Chiccane was proud to attend this celebration of a very talented Montreal designer, one with a bright future ahead no doubt! Guests were treated to a lovely video of the SS13 collection, which Miss Chiccane is keeping under wrap until next season!

When does a lady actually get to talk / write about her underwear? Well, maybe when she's in love. With THE one. Yes, Miss Chiccane is actually talking about finding the perfect bra!
At the recent Rogers Cup tennis tournament in Montreal, where Chiccane.com had a boutique opened for the public and another one in the VIP players' lounge, tennis stars and everyone else just went gaga for the Miel Sisters' active intimates. Orders keep pouring in for the undies, and Miss Chiccane is happy to share the love!
What's so special about Miel? The mix of comfort and sassiness in one perfectly constructed underwear, with hidden stitching. I wear mine at work, casually under a sheer top, or at the gym. I'm hooked!

Monday August 6th marked the official opening of the Montreal Rogers Cup tennis tournament. Montreal's VIPs were convened to a glamourous cocktail hour at the top of the Uniprix Stadium. Tennis legends Jim Courier, Michael Chang, Martina Hingis and Martina Navratilova were also in attendance.

In April, Miss Chiccane had the assignment to get herself in Paris to give interviews to the French media about Chiccane.com and its presence in France.
Unbeknownst to her, Miss Chiccane was going to live her own version of the Woody Allen movie Midnight in Paris! Every evening at midnight, something extraordinary happened. Such as sharing a chocolate soufflé with none other than Lenny Kravitz at La Société, being taken to the top of a lit up Eifel tower, or meeting the cinematographer's likely twin at Café de Flore and having a philosophical discussion about love.
Paris in the Spring... is always a good idea!

The 22nd edition of Montreal Fashion Week has just begun, and we're already excited about the fashion we're seeing on the runway! Day 1 featured a delightful mix of talented designers, including: Tavan & Mitto's gorgous ode to Holywood glamour, DUY with his futuristic lines and textures, the much awaited Melissa Nepton with her collection themed Eolia, and finally the famous Marie Saint Pierre.
To attend the shows, Miss Chiccane wore her favourite Melissa Nepton sheer tunic, with Barilà leather leggings. To her pleasant surprise, two famous Montreal actresses Genevieve Brouillette and Myriam Leblanc from the series Apparences were also seated front row, clad in Melissa Nepton from head to toe!

On a hot August evening, some of the top ATP Tour Players made their way to the Fairmont Queen-Elizabeth in Montreal, to strut their stuff on the Chiccane.com catwalk. The annual Rogers Cup Player Evening was filled with Montreal's glitterati, who hobnobbed with celebrities and players on the Red Carpet, including the legendary Jimmy Connors.
Miss Chiccane was producing the evening's fashion show, which showcased the best in Canadian designer fashion, modeled by the very cute and athletic players, to the tune of the talented Misstress Barbara. Flashback on the summer's most glamorous evening!
